How to Wear
1. Unfasten straps and position support behind knee with straps above and below kneecap.
Sliding top strap of knee support band through opening, applying gel pad, and applying tension.
2. Slide top strap (without gel pad) through opening in opposite top strap. Position gel pad directly above kneecap. Apply desired tension to both straps and fasten to base.
Sliding bottom knee strap through opening, applying gel pad, and applying tension.
3. Repeat step two for lower strap - position gel pad directly below kneecap over patella tendon. Adjust both straps as needed.
Care Instructions
Secure all straps prior to washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry.
DO NOT: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners.
